At Kairos Building Bridges, we believe in the power of second chances and the dignity that comes from self-sufficiency. This past June 2025, we witnessed incredible transformations as we successfully concluded a vital vocational training program for 20 single mothers and elderly women in the Nansana area of Kampala.
These beneficiaries, primarily in their twenties with some resilient women in their forties, embraced the opportunity to learn practical, income-generating skills. Over the course of the training, they were meticulously taught how to produce essential household items: detergents and bar soap.
